Her approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, somatic and nervous-system-informed interventions, mindfulness, values-based work, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy. Her work addresses patterns related to anxiety, fear, shame, negative self-talk and beliefs, self-criticism, perfectionism, and the need for certainty or control, while supporting clients in developing emotional regulation, self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and greater confidence in navigating everyday life.
