Molly is a practicing Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who provides individual counseling to young adults and adults. She has extensive experience in outpatient, telehealth and criminal justice settings. Her experience includes but is not limited to working with a wide range of individuals suffering from a multitude of issues including anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and mood disorders. By using an integrated approach, she will tailor and individualize sessions to each client’s unique needs by selecting different therapeutic approaches that best suit the client’s particular needs. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
