Alexandra is a Licensed Master Social Worker in New York. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Providence College and her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College, with a focus on mental health. She has worked in community-based and outpatient settings, providing in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and families. These experiences have strengthened her ability to connect across diverse backgrounds and meet clients with empathy and authenticity.
With her approach to therapy being relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed, Alexandra integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients build insight, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with their strengths.
